Privacy Policy
This page explains what kind of information may be involved when you visit the AcceptRide website, contact support, or use the Android app. We try to keep data use limited to what is needed for support, security, product operation, and basic improvement.
Details You Share With Us
When you send a message by email, WhatsApp, or a contact form, we may receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email address, device model, Android version, screenshots, and issue description. We use those details to understand the problem and reply to you.
Permissions Inside the App
AcceptRide may ask for Android permissions that are related to the driver workflow, such as Accessibility, display over other apps, notifications, and battery/background settings. These permissions help the app show status, read relevant on-screen workflow signals, keep alerts visible, or stay active during a shift. You can turn permissions off from Android settings whenever you choose.
Website and Download Logs
Like most websites, our hosting or download systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, page visited, file requested, and time of request. This helps us check security, fix broken pages, understand download issues, and keep the site stable.
Payment, Messaging, and External Tools
If AcceptRide uses services such as payment providers, analytics, WhatsApp, email, hosting, or download tracking, those services may process information under their own privacy terms. We do not control every setting inside those third-party services, so users should review them when needed.
What We Do Not Promise
We do not sell a promise that every technical event can be private in all situations. App updates, hosting providers, payment tools, and messaging apps can all create their own logs. Our goal is to avoid collecting unnecessary information and to use received data only for reasonable product and support purposes.
Your Control
You can stop using the app, remove permissions, uninstall the APK, clear browser data, or contact us if you want help with a privacy question. For support messages, send only the details needed to solve the issue.
